A client based in SA is looking for a Senior IT Change Manager as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Do organizational and stakeholder analysis for ERP and Data projects
- Implement Communication Plans for these projects
- Manage stakeholders and embed behavioral change
- Ensure Training is delivered correctly and assess impact / readiness
Skills Required:
- At least 8-10+ yrs Change Management exp. is required
- Incl. 2-3 yrs Change Management on ERP and Data Projects
- Change Management certs (like PROSCI) are a plus
Work Arrangement:
- This is a 12 month full time work contract (renewable) starting ASAP
- Work is done on a remote work model (travel may be required)
- Any Travel and Accommodation (T&A) is included at Client’s cost
- Only SA based locals with SA ID’s need apply
