A client based in Cape Town is seeking an Agile Coach as follows

To guide various stakeholders in their adoption of Agile methods and principles
Support Scrum Masters / Product Owners with improving their teams’ Agile maturity
Coach SM’s / PO’s and the wider organization (about 20 teams total) in Agile methods
Conduct Agile training, draft training materials and gather feedback on training held
Use a mix of Scrum and SAFe methods to support Agile teams

Required Skills:

This is a 12 month full time contract, on a hybrid work model at their offices in Northern Suburbs
