Agile Coach (CPT contract)

A client in Cape Town is seeking an Agile Coach as follows

• Guide various stakeholders in their adoption of Agile methods and principles
• Support Scrum Masters / Product Owners with improving their teams’ Agile maturity (cadence, quality, etc.)
• Coach SM’s / PO’s and the wider organization (about 20 teams total) in Agile methods
• Conduct Agile training, draft training materials and gather feedback on training held
• Use a mix of Scrum and SAFe methods to support Agile teams
• With 5+ yrs pure Agile Coaching exp. (independently from any Scrum Master exp.) (required)
• Scrum Master exp. is beneficial, but not required
• Consulting exp. in a Professional Services environment is a plus (not required)
• Agile and Scrum cert’s are a big benefit (not required)
• Excellent English proficiency is a must

This is a 12 month full time contract, on a 2-3 days’ hybrid work model at their offices in Cape Town
