BI Bus Analyst in HR (Remote Contract)

Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Business Analyst in HR as follows

Responsibilities:

• To draft Business Requirements for Reporting Projects in Human Resources (HR)
• Host workshops with reporting end users to draft the business requirements
• Provide input to Report Devs, Analytics and Data Engineers, to guide the solution design and build
• Assist with Data Mapping, Data Dictionaries, Reports Layouts, describe Business Rules,
• Ensure proper Testing, incl. UAT and Training / Comms for these Reporting solutions

Skills Required:

• At least 4-5 yrs exp. as a BA on Reporting projects, incl. some Data Analysis exp.
• Incl. some hands-on exp. with Reporting tools like PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.
• Solid understanding of Data Manipulation, Pipelines, Governance, Quality, Modelling, Big Data, ELT / ETL, KPI’s
• Some exp. with HR solutions in Leave, Payroll, etc.
• Qualifications in Bus Analysis, Data Analytics, etc.

Work Arrangement:

• This is a 6 month full time work contract starting ASAP
• On a remote work basis (if any travel is required, it’s at client cost)
