A client based in SA is seeking an IT Service Manager for a Call Centre as follows
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage remote / on-site connectivity for call centres across SA
- Work with VoIP telephony vendors like Avaya / Nice
- Work with cloud-based call centre solution vendors and IVR / CTI vendors
- Implement Workforce Management solutions and Performance Management solutions
- Manage downtime / outages on all equipment and channel failures
Skills Required:
- 10+ yrs IT Service Management exp.
- Incl. 5+ yrs at Management level
- With 2-3 yrs in Call Centres
- VoIP exp and IVR exp.
- Workforce and Performance Mng exp.
- Project Mng, Change Mng and Vendor Mng exp.
Work Arrangement:
- Remote contract
