D365 Bus Analyst (JHB contract)

A client in Gauteng is seeking a Business Analyst with MS Dynamics 365 implementation exp. as follows

Responsibilities:

• To assist with Functional deliverables for a MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation
• Assist the Project Manager with change plans and implementation project plans
• Run workshops with key stakeholders to define their Business Blueprint (As-Is, To-Be)
• Assess the change impact, i.e. Role changes, Procedures, Policies, Governance etc.
• Assess the Financial Controls and Risk Management measures to be implemented
• Assess the Data Flows impacted, i.e. how related systems and document flows will change
• Ensure Change Management for the above changes, with timeous Training and Comms

Skills Required:

• 6 – 7 yrs exp. as a BA or Process Engineer on ERP implementation projects
• 2 – 3 yrs exp. implementing D365 F&O (or similar mid-size ERP systems like Sage etc.)
• Project Management and Change Management understanding
• Some Technical exp. with Data / Reporting is ideal (not required)
• Certs in D365, BA and Change Management (not required)

Work Arrangement:

• This is an 6 month full time work contract starting in Jan 2026
• With hybrid work methods (3 days / week on site, at their offices in Randburg JHB)
• Any Travel & Accom (T&A) is at your own expense (no relocation / travel costs incl.)
