A client in both Cape Town and Gauteng is seeking a Snr Enterprise Architect as follows
- To transform high level corporate strategy into Target Operating Models (TOM’s) for the business
- Draft / present business cases and assist Project Managers (PM’s) with project delivery of approved cases
- Lead workshops to present business cases to support TOM’s to senior management and get buy-in
- Assist Solution Architects (SA’s) with defining and implementing architectural patterns for tech solutions
- Assist Org Development (OD) specialists in implementing HR structures for agreed TOM’s
- Assist Business Analysts (BA’s) with drafting As-Is and To-Be processes in line with TOM’s, using RUP / BPMN
- Understand the short term insurance operating environment and regulations (or Financial Services at least)
- Research short term insurance industry trends and identify opportunities to translate into business cases
- Understanding IBM’s Insurance Application Architecture (IAA) models and ACORD standards is a bonus
- Ideally from a Business / Systems Analyst background, with 8+ yrs exp. in transformation projects
This is a permanent hybrid work role, part time at offices in either Cape Town / Gauteng
