A client in London is seeking a Snr Project / Change Manager with Financial background as follows
- To implement business transformation projects in the Finance division of a global Brokerage firm
- Manage a small team of Change specialists and vendors to lead business change
- Lead organizational restructuring projects to simplify for regulatory and cost efficiencies
- Implement regulatory reporting and monitoring frameworks to align with changing regulations
- Implement transformation projects that automate business processes with systems
- Assist with system rollouts and upgrades, incl. a new ERP implementation (next year)
- Assess business changes for new process governance for business impact and get finance approval
- Implement control remediations, i.e. KPI dashboards, data quality improvement, expenditure approvals etc.
- 7+ yrs exp. in Projects / Change Management is required, as well as Financial Services exp.
- Relevant Project / Change / Finance degrees and diplomas are a benefit
This is a permanent role based in London starting in 2023, with Visa sponsorship for SA citizens
