A global software client based in the UK, is seeking a Head of Sales (EMEA) as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Implement a Sales Strategy for EMEA aligned with company goals
- Identify ideal target markets, customer profiles, success stories etc.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities for their target market
- Hire and coach / mentor the Sales team to achieve their sales targets
- Create sales forecasts and track revenue against targets
- On rare occasions, travel to customers across EMEA to close deals
Skills Required:
- At least 10+ years in Software Sales
- Exp. in managing a Sales Team
- Exp. in Financial systems sales is ideal (not required)
- Excellent English proficiency
Work Arrangement:
- This is a fully Remote Work opportunity (must be based in SA)
- Very flexible on work hours, as long as the work gets done
- Travel will occasionally be required (for closing bigger deals)
