SAP HCM Project Mng (Remote Contract)

A client based in SA is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager with HCM as follows

Responsibilities:

• To manage the implementation of their SAP HCM implementation using the Activate methodology
• Incl. Requirements Gathering, Config / Development, Testing, Training, Cutover and PGL
• Work closely with the Vendor implementing SAP S/4 HANA and manage their dependencies
• Ensure Change Management is applied effectively across the user base

Skills Required:

• 10+ yrs exp. in Project Management of ERP systems implementation is required
• With several full cycle SAP implementations as a Project Manager (incl. SAP HCM)
• SuccessFactors exp. in L&D, Performance Mng and Recruitment will be ideal
• Some Bus Analysis, Change Management, IT Governance and Software QA skills are ideal
• An IT diploma / degree or similar is ideal, with SAP and Project Mng diploma’s / certs

Work Arrangement:

• This is a 12 month contract starting ASAP
• Work will be performed remotely (any travel required will be at the client’s expense)
