SAP MM / WM Architect (Remote contract)

A client based in SA is seeking a SAP Solution Architect in Procure-To-Pay (MM / WM Modules) as follows

Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA / Design forums with their SAP MM / WM implementation on S/4 HANA
• Work closely with Functional / Change Management teams, guiding prototype workshops and change practices
• Review and approve all Solution Design and Testing specs (Functional, Technical, UAT Test Cases)
• Ensure that SAP is developed, configured and implemented according to the Activate methodology
• Responsible for all Data Migration, Integration / UAT, Training and Cutover and Business Continuity activities
• Liaise with Vendors and ensure their deliverables align with the SAP implementation

Skills required:

• At least 8 to 10 yrs exp. in the Procure-to-Pay cycle using SAP MM / WM is required
• SME in Procurement / Sourcing and Logistics / Warehousing in Manufacturing is ideal
• Several full cycle SAP MM / WM implementations is required, preferably with S/4 HANA
• Exp. releasing solutions using SAP SolMan (Solutions Manager) is required
• Exp. with SAP Access Control and GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) is required
• SAP Consulting background is required (not a permanent employee)
• Relevant IT degrees / diplomas and SAP certifications are a plus

Work arrangement:

• This is a full time 6 month remote work contract (renewable)
• Travel may be required occasionally (on-site work within SA)
• All Travel and Accom (T&A) is included (at client cost)
