SAP SF Cons (JHB contract)

A client in Gauteng is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant as follows:

• To implement Time Evaluation on SAP for their Time and Attendance (T&A) system
• Integrate their existing T&A system data with SAP, using Time Account types etc.
• Configure Time Schema’s with Work Time / Overtime quota’s per Employee Role
• Work with Business Process Owners in HR to provide their Time Evaluation requirements
• Allow calculating Overtime worked, with associated Wages for PY (Payroll) or Time Off in lieu of overtime etc.

Skills Required:

• At least 6 to 8+ yrs exp. in SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM (K4 / K5 level)
• 2 to 3+ yrs exp. in Time Evaluation module of SuccessFactors
• Must be from a Solutions Consulting background (not in-house)
• SAP certs are a benefit (not required)

This is a 9 month hybrid work contract starting in June (2-3 days / week at their offices in Gauteng)
