A client based in Gauteng is seeking a Scrum Master with SAP / Cloud and DevOps exp. as follows

Empower multiple software teams to deliver innovatively using Agile methods
Facilitate Agile meetings, i.e. stand-ups / retro’s / sprint planning + estimation
Assist Product Owners with grooming their processes and product backlogs
Solid exp. with SAP and Cloud (Azure / AWS) software projects is essential (required)
Must have 5+ yrs exp. with DevOps release methods (required)
Some exp. with Integration projects using Micro Services is useful (not required)
Some exp. with Test Driven Dev (TDD) methods is extremely useful (not required)
Some Java dev project exp. and projects using CI/CD pipelines is useful (not required)
Must have 4+ yrs Agile / Scrum Master exp. and must be Scrum and/or SAFe cert. (required)
Agile Coaching exp. is a big benefit (not required)
Waterfall PM exp. is an advantage (not required)
JIRA / Confluence tools exp. is a bonus (not required)
Financial systems / FinTech background is useful (not required)

This is a 24 month contract on a hybrid work basis (requires time at their offices in Midrand / Pretoria)
