ServiceNow Cons. (SA remote, perm)

A client in Australia is looking for a ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) consultant as follows

• To configure and implement ServiceNow for end clients globally, specifically ITAM
• Work with client tech teams to automate compiling asset inventories
• Help client IT Managers establish where there are gaps in their licensing
• Troubleshoot and implement fixes for product / integration issues, data discrepancy and reporting
• This is a client facing role and requires prior consulting exp. to facilitate finding solutions in a positive way
• Solid understanding of asset lifecycle management required (ALM / EAM)
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow Configuration Management DB (CMDB) and Discovery
• Some exp. in Asset Management using ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM is a plus

This is a permanent position for remote work from anywhere within SA, with an option to relocate to Australia / NZ

Clients are globally located, with working hours similar to SA working hours, with 1-2 hrs earlier ideally (from 7am)
