A client based in SA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Healthcare as follows
Responsibilities:
- Draft As-Is / To-Be Business Blueprints for a Healthcare system implementation
- Conduct the Software Acquisition Lifecycle, incl. Market Research, selecting a Vendor via RFP etc.
- Assist Project Managers with Project Resourcing and Vendor Management
- Assess the business impact of the Blueprint, incl. Roles, Procedures, Policies, Governance etc.
- Ensure Change Management for the required changes, incl. timeous Training and Comms
Skills Required:
- At least 7-8 yrs exp. as a Bus Analyst in Healthcare software implementation projects
- Must have completed Blueprints (As-Is / To-Be) for several Healthcare system projects
- SME in EHR / EMR and related Healthcare solutions and Regulatory Standards
- Project Management exp. in delivering Healthcare solutions in Clinics / Hospitals etc.
- Ideally from a Clinical Healthcare background (Nursing, Doctor, Medical etc.)
- Certification in Business Analysis, Project Management and Change Management is a big plus
Work Arrangement:
- This is a 12 month full time work contract starting in Nov / Dec. 2025
- With remote work methods(WFH)
- Locals only (based in SA with an SA ID)
