Snr Bus Analyst (JHB Contract)

A client in Gauteng is seeking a Senior Business Analyst as follows

Responsibilities:

• To gather requirements and draft As-Is / To-Be Business Blueprints
• Assist Project Managers with defining their Scope of Work (SOW’s) for projects
• Analyze the impact of Blueprints, i.e. Roles, Procedures, Policies, Governance etc.
• Ensure requirements are well managed, incl. traceability, validity, etc.
• Knowledge transfer to Vendors of the required business changes

Skills Required:

• At least 6 to 7 yrs exp. as a BA / Process Engineer on BPR type projects
• These are not IT Projects, but large scale Business Transformation projects
• Exp. with drafting Business Blueprints (As-Is / To-Be) on several projects
• Enterprise Architecture skills (with TOM’s) is a big benefit (not required)
• Project Management and Change Management exp. is useful (not required)
• 2-3 yrs Financial Services industry exp. is ideal
• BA and Project / Change Mng certs are an advantage (not required)
• A B. Com. / B. Sc. or similar degree is useful (not required)

Work Arrangement:

• This is a long term full time work contract
• Starting ASAP (does not require immediate availability)
• Working on a 2-3 day hybrid work model (at their offices in Randburg)
• Applicants must be based in Gauteng (own travel to Randburg)
• Foreigners must have a valid Work Permit until Dec 2028
