Snr SDM (Jhb, contract)

A client in Gauteng is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager with Infra. Project Manager background as follows

• To manage enterprise client accounts during Pre-Sales and Delivery phases of projects, as per SLA’s
• Build relationships with sponsors, elicit requirements, quote / track orders and ensure service delivery
• Engage with delivery teams and suppliers to implement complex infrastructure Projects (esp. FTTH / FTTB)
• Strong exec level presentation and project planning / tracking skills req’d, incl. progress reports to sponsors
• Use PM methods to manage scope, timeframe, budgets, stakeholders, risks, etc. across multiple projects
• At least 10+ yrs exp. in Service Delivery / Account Management required, ideally in Telecoms
• With 5+ yrs exp. as Infra Project Mng. at Telco’s (i.e. fibre / microwave rollouts) and PM certs

This is a 12 to 24 mth contract based in Gauteng, must be willing to travel and be fully C19 vaccinated
