A client in Gauteng is seeking an IT Support / Service Desk Manager for a Call Centre environment as follows
- To manage a support environment that resolve technical support issues (enterprise / desktop apps, servers, data)
- Manage the process of clients / users logging support tickets and assigning / resolving it within SLA levels
- Excellent communication skills in addressing management, clients, end users, tech staff, dev teams, etc.
- Assist with researching, identifying and acquiring new tech solutions to meet evolving business needs
- Deep understanding of managing a QA / testing environment when new functionality / systems are released
- Assess and deliver interventions to manage change in the business, incl. software training
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills required, to prioritize and address all challenges
- Vendor management exp. required in managing software and hardware vendors according to their SLA’s
This is a 12 month fully remote contract full time contract, that is renewable and may convert to permanent
