Agile Coach / SM (London, perm)

A client near London is looking for both an Agile Coach and a Snr Scrum Master as follows

• The Scrum Master will guide the dev teams in its adoption of Agile principles
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, etc. for the software dev teams
• The Agile Coach will coach the SM’s and the wider organization (about 10 teams) in Agile
• Using a mix of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe methods to support teams and improve cadence
• Must have at least 7-8+ yrs exp. working in software development environments
• Exp. in a complex engineering environment (i.e. automotive manufacturing) is a plus
• Agile and Scrum cert’s are a big benefit
• Excellent English proficiency is a must

Both permanent jobs are on a hybrid work model near London, with sponsored Visa’s but not relocation
