Auto Tester (Pta SA, perm)

A client in Pretoria is seeking an Automation tester (with some Manual exp.) as follows

• To design test plans / strategies and build automated testing frameworks (in Selenium)
• Work with software devs to plan and execute integration / final acceptance testing
• Do reliability and performance tests against agreed success criteria
• Verify test results using SQL or via API’s for software built in C# / Java
• Several years exp. in Manual / Auto testing is required
• Foundational Tester certs from ISTQB is required
• Exp. with C# and Java is a big plus and SQL is a must
• Exp. in Long Term Insurance industry is an advantage

This is a permanent position based in Pretoria with a hybrid work model (on/off site)
