Bus Analyst (Cpt, contract)

A client in Cape Town is seeking a Business Analyst on contract as follows

• To help with implementing a Call Centre management app for end clients
• 5+ yrs exp. in Business Analysis is required, ideally with Call Centre exp.
• BPMN process modelling skills will be beneficial, using Visio / Confluence
• Prior large scale systems implementation exp. is also a big benefit
• Traveling to clients will be required for implementing the solution

This is a 6 to 12 month contract (may convert to perm.) on a hybrid / remote work basis,
