C# Scrum Master (JHB contract)

A client based in Gauteng is seeking a Scrum Master with C# as follows

• This is a dual Functional – Technical role, for a Scrum Master with C# Dev / Architecture skills
• Solid understanding of Azure Cloud Arch, MicroServices Architecture and Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Empower software teams to deliver and support mission critical apps with Agile methods (Dev/Ops)
• Facilitate Agile meetings like stand-ups, retro’s and sprint planning for delivery
• Assist Product Owners / Managers with grooming the backlog and processes
• Assist Operational teams with 24/7 Support of mission-critical Apps

Skills Required:

• Scrum Master: Minimum 2 – 3 yrs Scrum Master exp.
• With Intermediate level Dev: 4 – 5 yrs C# / . Net / SQL Dev exp.
• Exp. in Web Apps, Web Services, SQL, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps
• Exp. in Containerization, i.e. Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps pipelines
• Exp. in Authorizations, i.e. AD, LDAP, Kerberos, OAuth
• Exp. in Architecture and patterns, i.e. Domain Driven Design, Test Driven Design
• Exp. in all types of Software QA, i.e. Unit, Integration, User Testing, Staging etc.
• Exp. in App Monitoring, i.e. Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitoring services
• Agile / Scrum and Technical certs for the above tech stack are ideal

This is a long term hybrid work contract with 2 days / week on-site at their offices in Gauteng
