Change Mng (remote contract)

A client based in Durban is looking for a Change Manager on a SAP project as follows:

• To implement the Org Change Management (OCM) Framework for their SAP Projects
• Manage stakeholders and embed behavioral change for processes impacted by SAP
• Plan and execute org. dev (OD) with change journeys, comm. plans, training plans etc.

Skills Required:

• At least 5+ yrs Change Management exp. is required (Intermediate level)
• Change Management exp. on SAP Projects (preferably using OCM) is ideal
• Change Management certs (like PROSCI) are a plus (not required)
• Manufacturing industry exp. will be advantageous (not required)

This is a 12 month remote work contract (work from home during normal business hrs)
