Scrum Master (JHB contract)

A client based in Gauteng is seeking a Scrum Master with Waterfall exp. as follows

• Empower teams to deliver software using blended Agile and Waterfall methods
• Manage Project Scope, Budget, Resources and Timelines using Waterfall approach
• Draft a RACI-type matrix for driving Communication Plans with Stakeholders
• Facilitate Agile meetings like daily stand-ups, retro’s and sprint planning for delivery
• Assist Product Owners / Managers with grooming the backlog and processes

Skills Required:

• At least 4 to 5 yrs exp. with Scrum / Agile methods is a must (required)
• Waterfall PM exp. with managing Scope, Budget, Timeframes etc. is also required
• Agile / Scrum certs and Prod Owner certs will be a bonus (not required)
• Exp. using JIRA / Confluence tools exp. is ideal (not required)
• Financial Services / Banking exp. is a benefit (not required)

This is a 12 month hybrid work contract with 3 days / week on-site at their offices in Sandton
