IT Network Mng (CPT, perm)

A client near Cape Town is looking for a Network Manager as follows

• To budget for, plan and execute IT network maintenance / upgrade projects
• Also to reduce network risk (of downtime) with failsafe planning and CyberSecurity
• Manage Vendors that implement the IT infrastructure with SLA’s
• Ideally from a strong Sys Eng. background, i.e. can lead from the front
• Across all infrastructure, i.e. networks and servers including Hosting (On Prem + Cloud)
• Agile Project and Portfolio Management Methodologies is a plus
• Must be a Team Leader with at least 5+ yrs IT management exp. (ideally 8+ yrs exp.)
• Must have at least 8+ yrs broad IT Infrastructure Mng exp. (ideally 12+ yrs exp.)
• Cert. in Cisco (CCNA, CCVP, CCNP, CCIE, SDWAN etc.)

This is a permanent job with hybrid work methods in Stellenbosch (few days in the office per week)
