SAP WM Functional (Remote contract)

A client based in SA is seeking a SAP WM Functional Consultant as follows

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead the build for their SAP MM / WM (specifically LE-WM) modules on S/4 HANA
• Guide prototype workshops and change practices for rolling out the solution
• Draft Solution Design and Testing specs (Functional, Technical, UAT Test Cases)
• Ensure that SAP is configured and implemented according to the Activate methodology
• Assist with Data Migration, Integration / UAT, Training and Cutover and Business Continuity activities
• Liaise with Vendors and ensure their deliverables align with the SAP implementation

Skills required:

• At least 5-6 yrs exp. in the SAP MM / WM is required (incl. some Logistics Execution LE-WM / Stock Room)
• SME in Logistics / Warehousing in Manufacturing (Receipt, Stock Mng, Picking, Loading, Shipping processes)
• Several full cycle SAP MM / WM implementations is required (preferably with some S/4 HANA exp.)
• Exp. releasing solutions using SAP SolMan (Solutions Manager) is required
• Exp. with SAP Access Control and GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) is required
• SAP Consulting background is required (not a permanent employee)
• Relevant IT degrees / diplomas and SAP certifications are a plus

Work arrangement:

• This is an initial 3 month remote work contract (renewable)
• Travel may be required occasionally (for on-site work within SA)
• All Travel and Accom (T&A) is included (at client cost)
