A client in Gauteng is seeking a Senior Business Analyst as follows

Responsibilities:

To draft As-Is / To-Be Business Blueprints for a PMO re-implementation at a Retail Bank in SA
Assist the Project Managers within the PMO with processes, change and implementation plans
Assess the business impact of the Blueprint, i.e. Roles impacted, Procedures, Policies, Governance etc.
Ensure Change Management for the above changes, with timeous Training and Comms

Skills Required:

At least 6 to 7 yrs exp. as a BA / Process Engineer on software or BPR type projects
Must have completed Business Blueprints (As-Is / To-Be) for several project cycles
