A client in Durban is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager on a contract basis as follows

Responsibilities:

Manage the implementation of their SAP S/4 HANA upgrade using the Activate methodology
Incl. Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Config / Development, Testing, Training, Cutover and PGL
Work closely with the Vendor implementing SAP S/4 HANA and manage their dependencies

Skills Required:

7+ yrs exp. in Waterfall Project Management of ERP systems implementation is required
At least 1-2 full cycle SAP implementations as a Snr PM (in the past 5-10 yrs) is required
Change Management, IT Governance and Software QA skills are ideal (not required)
MS Project (MPP) exp. for work breakdown and progress tracking / reporting
An IT diploma / degree or similar is ideal, with SAP and Project Mng diploma’s / certs

Work Arrangement:

This is a full time work contract for 8 months starting in November (renewable)
Work is done on-site in Durban, SA
Travel and Accommodation to Durban (T&A) is excluded (at your own cost)
