Scrum Master (remote contract)

A client based in Gauteng is seeking a Senior Scrum Master as follows

• To setup and manage dev teams for software projects using agile methodologies
• Empower your teams to innovative and adapt to improve their burn rate
• Help the Product Manager to elaborate on the product backlog
• Must have 5+ yrs Agile / Scrum Master exp.
• Waterfall PM exp. is a benefit (not required)
• Agile Coaching exp. is a benefit (not required)
• JIRA / Confluence tools exp. is a bonus (not required)
• Banking / Fintech exp. is a big plus (not required)

This is a 9 to 12 month contract on a remote work basis (may require some time at their offices in Gauteng)
