A client based in Durban is looking for an Intermediate level Business Analyst as follows

To gather and document business requirements across multiple projects
Help with testing solutions prior to deployment as well as with training during rollout
Excellent stakeholder management skills will be required (to manage expectations etc.)
Exp. with enterprise applications implementations (like ERP / CRM) is a plus (not required)
Bus Process Management skills (i.e. Process Eng.) will be helpful work (not required)
Product Owner skills are also useful, to manage the backlog using Agile principles (not required)
Project Management skills will be useful to estimate effort (not required)
At least 3+ yrs exp. as a BA/PO on software projects is required
Higher Education sector software project exp. will be ideal (not required)
Any PM, BA or PO certifications are an advantage
