A client in Gauteng is seeking a Service Delivery Manager with Retail as follows

Manage and support on-time delivery of Retail solutions at large scale store operations
Engage with delivery teams and vendors to implement and support Retail software rollouts
Strong exec presentation skills and Agile / Waterfall PM skills are required
Bus Analyst / Prod Owner type skills are required, to ensure individual store requirements are met
Vendor Management skills also required, to manage external suppliers of certain deliverables
At least 7 yrs exp. in Service Delivery (or similar exp.) is required
With 4-5+ yrs in large scale Retail software implementation, like POS and ERP (ideally SAP)
Can be from either functional / technical Retail solution background
Relevant IT degrees and PM certs are useful (not required)

This is a 6 month renewable hybrid work contract at their offices in Sandton

Infrequent traveling to stores may be required from time to time
