Snr Project Mng (Remote contract)

A client in Durban is seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager on a contract basis as follows

Responsibilities:

• Manage the migration of their legacy Sage X3 Financial system to SAP and its decommissioning
• Incl. Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Data Migration / ETL, Testing, Training and Cutover phases
• Work closely with the Vendor implementing SAP S4 HANA and manage their dependencies on Sage

Skills Required:

• 10+ yrs exp. in Waterfall Project Management of ERP systems implementation is required
• At least 3 full cycle Sage X3 implementations as a Snr PM (in the past 5-10 yrs) is required
• SAP Project Mng exp. (or other large scale ERP Project Mng. exp.) is ideal (not required)
• Change Management, IT Governance and Software QA skills will be required
• An IT diploma / degree or similar is required, ideally with PM diploma’s / certs (not required)

Work Arrangement:

• This is a 6 month full time work contract
• Work is done on a hybrid work model (one week on-site in Dbn, one week remote work)
• Travel and Accommodation (T&A) is included in the contract (at the client’s cost)
