Support Cons (JHB Contract)

A client in Gauteng is seeking an Intermediate Application Support Consultant as follows

• Manage first line support in a complex enterprise software applications environment
• Lead the support team in resolving technical issues, i.e. raising and ensuring resolution of tickets
• Assist user dept’s with drafting and prioritizing tickets (Change Requests) for IT to resolve
• Assist with cut-over planning and change readiness within the user dept’s for releases
• Ensure solutions delivered across operations are performing as expected
• Solid understanding of IT Services Management (ITSM) is required
• Broad understanding of ERP / CRM type systems and related processes will be helpful
• This is not a very technical role, so no specific apps or tech skills are required
• At least 5+ yrs exp. in a similar Systems Support role required (preferably as a Team Lead)
• Relevant IT Support certs are an advantage (not required)

This is a hybrid work contract, with 1-2 days / week on-site at their offices in Gauteng
