Bank Bus Analyst (JHB contract)

A client in Gauteng is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Banking to join their team as follows

• To gather requirements across multiple Enterprise Application projects at a Retail Bank
• Facilitate workshops with Process Owners to map processes, prototype designs to validate flows / logic etc.
• Collaborate with the technical team responsible for building the solution on related backlog items
• Facilitate Internal Testing, User Acceptance Testing as well as User Training during rollout
• Manage stakeholder expectations at all stages of the SDLC, incl. exec progress reviews etc.

Skills required

• At least 8 to 10+ yrs Bus Analysis exp. on Enterprise Applications (like ERP / CRM) is required
• Incl. at least 2 to 3 yrs BA exp. in one of these Retail Banking divisions
  • Home / Unsecured Loans
  • Collections
  • Credit Risk Management
• Project Management skills are required, for Scoping, Planning and Estimating Effort on Projects
• Product Owner skills are required, to manage the backlog using Agile principles (on JIRA / Confluence)
• Bus Process Management skills (i.e. Process Eng. / BPR) is required (pref. using BPMN on ARIS, but not required)
• BA / PM certifications or Comp Science / Engineering degrees are an advantage (not required)

This is a long term (12 month) contract, with hybrid work methods (2-3 days / week at their offices in Sandton)
