HR Support Cons (JHB contract)

A client in Gauteng is seeking an Intermediate SAP HR Support Consultant as follows

• Provide second line SAP HR support to internal customers (Admins and Personnel)
• Note that SAP HR exp. is preferred, but any HR Management software exp. will count
• Resolve SAP HR support issues raised as tickets, across Payroll, HR Admin and Time Mng.
• Routinely print confidential personnel payslips and timesheets and allow emp self-service
• Assist HR Admins (first line support) with SAP HR functionality and to raise support tickets
• Assist Devs with new SAP HR functionality being designed, tested and implemented using JIRA
• This is a functional role within HR, so broader understanding of HR functions will be helpful
• At least 3+ yrs exp. in HR and at least 1 year exp. in HR Software is required
• Relevant IT Support certs are an advantage (not required)

This is a hybrid work contract, with 1-2 days / week on-site at their offices in Gauteng
