A client based in Gauteng is seeking an Intermediate Scrum Master as follows

Empower multiple teams to deliver software using Agile and DevOps methods
Facilitate Agile meetings, incl. stand-ups / retro’s / sprint planning + work estimation
Assist Product Owners / Managers with grooming their backlog and processes
Support multiple software teams using scaled frameworks like LeSS, SAFe, Nexus
Any Agile Coaching and training exp. (with the bigger org.) is a big benefit
Any Change Mng / Incident Mng exp. with software delivery teams is a bonus
At least 5+ yrs exp. with Scrum / Agile methods for DevOps teams is a must (required)
Agile / Scrum certs are required, any Prod Owner or SAFe certs as a bonus
JIRA / Confluence / X-Ray tools exp. is required

This is a hybrid work contract with 1-2 days / week on-site at their offices
